Abstract
Urbanizam IT parka, smještenog u Osijeku, osmišljen je kao grid igrica, kojeg ispunjava šest zgrada u osnovnim tetris oblicima i paviljon koji stvara odnos sa pješacima sa prometne ulice na jugu. Između zgrada isprepliče se šetnica sa šest tematskih trgova koji se veţu uz pojedine zgrade I komuniciraju sa svim posjetiteljima. Koncept poslovne L zgrade bazira se na modernom referenciranju klasične trodiobe pročelja u povijesti, kroz neovisnu konstrukciju.prizemlje svojom konstrukcijom na čeličnim stupovima ne ovisi o 2.katu koji je oslonjen na primarnu okvirnu konstrukciju što na pročelju daje jasnu razdiobu te naglašava središnju etaţu koja je u potpunosti prozračna i oslobođena konstrukcije.koncept zapravo prati i unutrašnja organizacija gdje je središnja etaţa fleksibilna i maksimalno oslobođena fiksnih zidova te je na neki način reprezentativna etaţa ove zgrade dok su na prvoj etaţi preteţito javni sadrţaji što se referencira na povijesnu etaţu lokala. Zadnja etaţa je ostavljena za urede čije se jedinice mogu međusobno povezivati.
Abstract (english)
The urbanism of the IT park, located in Osijek, is designed as a grid of a game, filled with six buildings in basic Tetris shapes and a pavilion that creates a relationship with pedestrians from a busy street on the south. A promenade with six themed squares is intertwines between the buildings and communicate with all visitors. The concept of the business L building is based on a modern referencing of the classic three-part facade in history, through an independent construction. The ground floor with its construction on steel pillars does not depend on the 2nd floor, which relies on the primary frame structure.That creates completely airy and free of construction middle floor. The concept is actually accompanied by an internal organization where the central floor is flexible and maximally free of fixed walls and is in some way a representative floor of this building while the first floor is mostly public facilities which refers to the historic floor. The top floor is left for offices whose units can be interconnected.
