Abstract
Cilj urbanističkog rješenja stvaranje je javnog prostora koji uvlači korisnike i poziva ih na otkrivanje središta. Glavna karakteristika urbanizma gradacija je izgradnje te stvaranje urbanih površina koje bi se aktivno koristile. Osnovna ideja pri arhitektonskom oblikovanju poslovne zgrade proizlazi iz samog urbanističkog rješenja. Karakteristični oblici iz urbanizma nastavljaju se i u enterijeru zgrade, a javljaju se u obliku centralno položenih jezgri. S obzirom da je kompleks poslovnih zgrada međusobno povezan platformom, projektiranjem internog stubišta stvorena je direktna veza vanjskog i unutrašnjeg prostora.
Abstract (english)
The goal of the urbanist solution is creating a public space that attracts users and invites them to discover the center. The main feature of urbanism of gradation is the construction of the creation of urban areas that are actively used. The main idea in the architectural design of office buildings derives from the urbanist solution itself. Characteristic shapes from urbanism are continued in the interior of the building, and they appear in the form of centrally laid cores. Since the complex of the office building is an interconnected platform, while designing an internal staircase we create a direct connection between the external and internal space.
