Abstract
Poslovna zgrada smještena je uz istočni dio obuhvata uz Gacku ulicu, orijentacije istok - zapad. Svojom pozicijom uklapa se u sliku postepenog ulaska u grad u skladu sa ostalim zgradama u urbanističkom rješenju. Svojim položajem odgovara svim planiranim kolnim, pješačkim i biciklističkim pravcima kretanja. Jednostavno oblikovanje zgrade odabrano je radi grupacije sa ostalim planiranim zgradama na parceli. Zgrada se ističe odabirom kombinacije tradicionalnog i suvremenog materijala, opeke (flexbrick) i stakla.
Abstract (english)
Office building is located in the eastern part of planing site, close to Gacka street. With it's position, the office building fits in the image of gradually stepping into city, with the rest of the buildings in urban settlement. This position is perfect for all planned road,pedestrian and cycle routes. Simple form of the office building is designed for creating a group with the rest of planned buildings on planing site. The building is unique in choosing traditional and contemporary materials, brick (flexbrick) and glass.
