Abstract
Idejno urbanističko rješenje je koncipirano oko pješačkog koridora u vidu nathodnika koji se uvlači unutar obuhvata i tangira uz poslovne zgrade te tvori različite mikroprostore. Koncept poslovne zgrade odgovara na urbanizam koji određuje s zapadne strane zgrade zelenilo te promet u mirovanju, a na istočnoj strani prostor javnih sadržaja, šetnica te atrakcije. Na zapadno pročelje postavljaju se zatvoreni (servisni) prostori, dok se na istočnom nižu uredi s pogledom na nathodnik. Središte zgrade dodatno se osvjetljava prošupljenjima, svjetlarnicima u vidu stubišta ili ozelenjenih mreža. Pročelje je zaštičeno rotacijskim pločama od terakote.
Abstract (english)
The conceptual urban solution is designed around one main pedestrian promenade which crawls inside the built up structures and touches the business buildings, while formating microspaces of different public purposes. The concept of an office building is created in response to urbanism in which on the west side of the building there is greenery and traffic at a standstill, and on the east side there is a public space, promenade and attractions. Inside the building, closed (service) spaces are set up on the west façade, while on the east side there are offices with a view of the promenade. The inside of the building is additionally illuminated by perforations, one of which is glass staircase and the other is greenery on mesh. The façade is closed with rotating terracotta panels or greenery.
