Abstract
Porastom potrebe za korištenjem specifične programske podrške u građevinarstvu kao što je BIM pristup (informacijsko modeliranje građevina) postavljaju se novi izazovi, ne samo voditeljima građevinskih projekata, nego i svim ostalim sudionicima u projektu. Potpuna implementacija BIM pristupa u svakoj fazi životnog ciklusa projekta u smislu funkcionalnosti i korisnosti za sve sudionike u projektu zahtjeva pomno planiranje, odnosno algoritam izrade inteligentnog informacijskog modela u ranim fazama projekta. U radu će se istražiti mogućnosti povezivanja BIM elemenata s ostalom tehničkom dokumentacijom u projektima, neophodnom za procese praćenja i kontrole dinamike radova. Višedimenzijski pristup navedenoj problematici prikazat će se na primjeru 3D modela višestambene zgrade čiji će se konstrukcijski elementi povezati s pripadajućim aktivnostima u dinamičkom planu (4D) i stavkama troškovnika (5D) te formirati korisno i učinkovito digitalno okruženje za praćenje dinamike izvođenja radova i kolaboraciju svih sudionika u projektu. Osim toga, istražiti će se mogućnosti integracije BIM-a i tehnologije 3D ispisa te pokazati način pripreme i ispisa 3D modela višestambene zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The growing need to use specific software in construction, such as the BIM approach (Building Information Modelling), poses a new challenges, not only to managers of construction projects, but also to all other project stakeholders. Complete implementation of the BIM approach in each phase of the project life cycle in terms of functionality and usefulness for all project stakeholders requires careful planning, or algorithm for creating an intelligent information model in the early stages of the project. The paper will explore the possibilities of connecting BIM elements with other technical documentation in projects necessary for the processes of monitoring and control of work dynamics. A multidimensional approach to this issue will be presented on the example of 3D model of the multi-apartment building, whose structural elements connected to related activities in the schedule (4D) and cost estimate items (5D) will form a useful and effective digital environment for monitoring the dynamics of work and collaboration of all project stakeholders. In addition, the possibilities of integrating BIM and 3D printing technology will be researched, and the method of preparing and printing a 3D model of an multi-apartment building will be shown.
