Abstract
Planom kvalitete se planira, osigurava i prikazuje opseg i metode kontrole kvalitete koje izvođač planira poduzeti. Izvođač ovim dokumentom elaborira investitoru i projektantu način na koji će provesti kontrolu kvalitete navodeći tehnologiju koju će koristiti, aktivnosti koje će poduzeti i kako će sve to dokumentirati u svrhu ostvarivanja zahtijevane razine kvalitete tražene projektom. Planiranjem, osiguravanjem i kontrolom kvalitete upravlja se potencijalnim rizicima u projektu. U radu su navedena dva primjera iz prakse i usporedba Plana kvalitete za zgradu Građevinskog fakulteta u Osijeku i autoceste A94 (Műnchen – Passau) u Saveznoj Republici Njemačkoj koja je trenutno u izgradnji. Radi se o dva različita tipa građevina. Prikazano je kako je izvođač pomoću Plana kvalitete zadovoljio projektantske zahtjeve za vidljivim betonima na pet glavnih nosača zgrade Građevinskog fakulteta u Osijeku i na koji način se provode kontrole tijekom izvođenja betonskih radova na autocesti A94 u Saveznoj Republici Njemačkoj. U ovom radu se analizira plan kvalitete i njegov sadržaj te se prikazuje njegova uloga u postizanju kvalitete za vrijeme izvođenja betonskih radova.
Abstract (english)
Using quality plan during construction, engineers are planning quality assurance and showing magnitude and methods of quality control which they are intending to do. Contractor with quality plan elaborates to investor and designer in which way he is going to carry out quality control stating technology, activities and way of documenting those activities, all in purpose of quality assurance in project. Quality management in a construction project is demanding professional staff. Through planning, assuring and controlling quality it is possible to manage potential risks in project. In this paper there are two examples of quality management. Those two examples are new building of Faculty of Civil engineering in Osijek and highway A94 (Műnchen – Passau) in Germany. Quality plan is presented on this two different types of structures. It is shown how did the contractor, using quality plan, achieve designer's demands for visible concrete on five main girders on the new building Faculty of Civil engineering and how did the engineers on a German highway conduct quality control during the construction. This paper analyses content of quality plan and shows its role in achieving quality during construction.
