Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazivanje druge strane građevinarstva koju bi mogli nazvati „utrka s vremenom“. Organizacija je u ovom projektu vrlo složena, ali je vremenski rok prilično kratak, a posla do završetka ima dosta. U ovom završnom radu opisana je cjelokupna organizacija gradilišta. Uz to su prikazani najvažniji problemi, od početnih problema do onih koji se pojavljuju u razdoblju kada sam obavljao praksu i do kraja građenja te način njihovog rješavanja. Problemi tijekom građenja se uvijek pojavljuju i zato izvođač (u koordinaciji s investitorom, nadzornim inženjerom, projektantom, podizvođačima i dr.) uvijek mora biti spreman odgovarajuće reagirati i znati kada, kako i s čim raditi. Ovim sam završnim radom htio prikazati kako se jedan tako veliki projekt može završiti u zadanom vrlo kratkom roku (nešto duži od pola godine), uz dobru organizaciju, dobre inženjere u upravi i dovoljan broj dobrih radnika (šest stotina s podizvođačima).
