Abstract
U svim granama građevinarstva, obavezno je primjenjivati važeće propise, pravilnike i pridržavati se normi standarda za materijale. Za sve ugrađene materijale i gotove proizvode potrebno je posjedovati dokumentaciju o ispitivanju i njegovim svojstvima. U ovom završnom radu je opisan pojam kvalitete, proizvodni proces asfaltne mješavine i detaljno su definirane sve labaratorijske provjere koje se provode pri kontroliranju proizvedenog asfalta u asfaltnoj bazi. Opisani su postupci uzorkovanja materijala, priprema uzorka asfaltne mješavine, provjera topljivog uzorka veziva, određivanje granulometrijskog sastava, određivanje gustoće asfaltne mješavine, određivanje gustoće asfaltnog uzorka, određivanje šupljina asfaltnog uzorka i provjera dimenzija asfaltnog uzorka. Opisani postupci dio su unutrašnje kontrole kvalitete koje provodi proizvođač na licu mjesta tj. asfaltnoj bazi. Kako bi proizvođač mogao nastaviti proizvodnju asfaltne mješavine za komercijalne svrhe, svojstva proizvedenog materijala moraju odgovarati određenim propisanim normama. Na primjeru asfaltne baze „Cestorad Vinkovci“ prikazana je proizvodnja vrućih asfaltnih mješavina. Pokusi kojima se osigurava kvaliteta sastavnih materijala i kontrola kvalitete proizvedene vruće asfaltne mješavine.
Abstract (english)
In all branches of civil engineering, it is mandatory to apply the valid regulations, rules and comply with the standards for materials. For all embedded materials and finished products it is necessary to have documentation on the preformed tests and material properties. In this final paper, the concept of quality, description of asphalt mix production process and all the laboratory tests performed for control of the asphalt production in an asphalt plant. Described procedures are material sampling, sample preparation of asphalt mixtures, testing of soluble binder pattern, determination of granulometric composition, determination of asphalt mix density, asphalt sample density determination, determination of asphalt sample cavity and asphalt sample size verification. The described procedures are part of the internal quality control carried out by the on-site manufacturer, ie. in the asphalt base. In order for the manufacturer to continue the production of asphalt mixtures for commercial purposes, the properties of the manufactured material must comply with certain prescribed standards. With „Cestorad Vinkovci“ asphalt plant as an example, this paper examines hot asphalt mixtures production process, steps taken to ensure the quality of constituent materials and the quality control of hot asphalt mixtures produced.
