Abstract
U prošlosti je pažnja investitora, projektanata i arhitekata uglavnom bila usmjerena na reguliranje troškova izgradnje, dok se uglavnom nije obraćala pažnja na troškove održavanje i uporabe građevine. S novijim pristupom građenju počinje biti jasno da se već u fazi projektiranja može utjecati na smanjenje ukupnih troškova održavanja i uporabe. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati plan održavanja i uporabe građevine namijenjene školstvu, te mogućnosti optimizacije troškova uporabe, u razdoblju od 25... More godina. Prikazane su skupine troškova održavanja građevine, te kako promjena diskontne stope i razdoblja analize utječu na ukupne troškova održavanja. Less
Abstract (english)
In the past, the attention of investors, designers and architects was mainly focused on regulating construction costs, while mostly they weren’t paying attention to the cost of maintaining and using the building. With the newer approach to construction, it becomes clear that already at the design stage can affect the overall cost of maintenance and use. The aim of this master’s thesis is to present the plan for maintenance and use of buildings intended for schooling, and the possibility... More of optimizing usage costs for a period of 25 years. Groups of building maintenance costs are shown, and how the change in the discount rate and the analysis period affects overall maintenance costs. Less
