Abstract
U diplomskom radu su opisani koncepti i alati kontrole kvalitete. Detaljno su prikazane teorijske postavke kontrolnih karata za mjerenje karakteristika i procjenu sposobnosti procesa. U radu se naglašava značaj primjene alata kontrole kvalitete u praćenju i postupcima poboljšanja kvalitete procesa konstrukcijskog lijepljenja stakla koji se odvija u stvarnom proizvodnom pogonu tvrtke KFK d.o.o. Na realnom proizvodu definirane su karakteristike i značajke uzorka. Definirana je veličina uzorka i dinamika uzorkovanja u skladu s karakteristikama zadanog proizvodnog procesa. Mjerenja su se odvijala u tvrtki KFK d.o.o na predmetu mjerenja koji se proizvodi u pogonu tvrtke, koja do sada nije koristila kontrolne karte kao alat kontrole kvalitete tehnološkog procesa. Primjenom 𝑥̅ – R kontrolne karte praćene su varijacije u vremenu. Temeljem toga procijenjena je sposobnost proizvodnog procesa, te su predložena poboljšanja za postojeći proizvodni proces.
Abstract (english)
The diploma thesis describes the concepts and tools of quality control. Theoretical settings of the control charts for measuring the characteristics and process abilities are presented in detail. The paper emphasizes the importance of using quality control tools in monitoring and quality improvement processes of the glass bonding process, which takes place in the actual production facility of KFK Ltd. The actual product defines the features and characteristics of the sample. Sample size and sample dynamics are defined according to the characteristics of the given production process. The measurements took place at KFK Ltd on the product which is being produced at the company plant, which has not used control cards as a quality control process of the technological process. Using the 𝑥̅ – R control charts, variations were monitored in time. Based on this, the ability of the production process was evaluated and improvements were proposed for the existing production process.
