Abstract
U diplomskom radu prikazan je proračun sekundarnih i glavnih nosača i sustava za prostornu stabilizaciju za sportsku dvoranu koja se nalazi u Osijeku. Tlocrtne dimenzije sportske dvorane namijenjene za odbojku su 20x35 m, visina strehe je 5 m a nagib krovnih ploha u odnosu na horizontalu je 15°. Konstrukcija sportske dvorane sastoji se od pokrova, sekundarnih nosača, glavnih nosača i sustava za stabilizaciju cijelog objekta. Za pokrov dvostrešnog krovišta odabran je krovni panel debljine 10 cm koji se oslanja na sekundarne nosače. Sekundarni nosači su podrožnice koje se izvode na tlocrtnom razmaku 2,49 m od punog drveta razreda čvrstoće C24. Pravokutni poprečni presjek rubne podrožnice je 14/22 cm, sljemene 12/22 cm, dok je vezne 16/22 cm. Statički sustav rubne, sljemene i vezne podrožnice je prosta greda. Sekundarni nosači oslanjaju se na glavne nosače na međusobnom razmaku od 5,0 m. Statički sustav sekundarnih nosača je trozglobni okvir koji se sastoji od stupova i greda promjenjivog pravokutnog poprečnog presjeka po visini uzduž svojih osi. Stupovi su širine 16 cm i visine od 50-90cm u spoju s gredom. Grede su također širine 16 cm i visine 90-50cm na spoju s drugom gredom u zglobu. Svi elementi glavnog nosača izvode se od lijepljenog lameliranog drveta razreda čvrstoće GL 24h. Prostorna stabilnost sportske dvorane osigurana je horizontalnim i vertikalnim spregovima koji su postavljeni u prvom i zadnjem polju. Dijagonale horizontalnih i vertikalnih spregova su punog kružnog poprečnog presjeka Φ16 mm i izvode se od čelika kvalitete S235.
Abstract (english)
The thesis presents a calculation of secondary girders, main girders, and a space stabilization system for a volleyball sports hall in Osijek. The sports hall plan dimensions are 20x35 m, the eaves are 5 m high with the inclination of roof plane in relation to the horizontal 15°. The sports hall construction consists of covering layer, secondary girders, main girders, and a space stabilization system for the whole structure. For a double eaves roof, a 10 cm roof panel relying on the secondary girders is chosen. The secondary girders are C24 timber beams set on distance of 2.49 m based on the plan view. The rectangular cross-section of the edge beam is 14/22 cm, the ridge beam is 12/22 cm, while the tie purlin is 16/22. The edge, ridge, and tie beams have a simply supported static system. The secondary girders rely on the main girders at a spacing of 5.0 m, and their static system is a three-hinged frame consisting of columns and beams of a varying rectangular cross-section in height along their axes. The columns connected to beams are 16 cm wide and 50-90 cm high. The beams are of the same dimensions, 16 cm wide and 50-90 cm high, but are connected to other beams in the hinge. All the elements of the main girder are made of glued laminated timber, strength class GL 24h. Horizontal and vertical braces set in the first and the last field ensure the sports hall’s space stability. The horizontal and vertical braces’ diagonals are Φ16 mm in full circular cross-section and are made of S235 steal grade.
