Abstract
Planiranje uređenja gradilišta je složen proces koji ima značajnu ulogu u ukupnom projektu. Za uspješnu provedbu projekta važno je analizirati i definirati probleme organizacije gradilišnih procesa. Potrebno je u skladu s propisima, trenutnim zakonima i uvjetima na terenu proračunati potrebne kapacitete gradilišta za skladištenjem i obradom materijala, definirati unutarnji i vanjski transport, definirati priključke na javnu opskrbnu mrežu (električna energija i voda), proračunati potrebe gradilišta za energentima i vodom. Planiranje se mora izvršiti na način da se organizira što ekonomičnija izgradnja u zadanim rokovima uz zadovoljavanje sigurnosnih standarda. U ovom radu prikazani su potrebni elementi gradilišta, izračun njihovih potrebnih kapaciteta te organizacija i razmještaj istih za što optimalniju izgradnju. Opisana je izrada plana uređenja gradilišta za tri faze izgradnje Sveučilišne knjižnice i multimedijskog centra u Osijeku uz proračun kapaciteta na gradilištu te mjere i uvjete skladištenja materijala.
Abstract (english)
Site planning is a complex process that plays a significant role in the overall project. For the successful execution of the project it is important to analyze and define organization problems of the construction processes. It is necessary, accordingly with regulations, current laws and field conditions, to calculate the required building site needs for storage and processing of materials, to define internal and external transport of materials, to define connections to the public supply network (electricity and water) and to calculate the needs of construction sites for energy and water. Planning must be carried out in such a way that the construction is organized as economically as possible within the given deadlines while meeting the security standards. This paper presents the necessary elements of the construction site, the calculation of their required capacities, and the organization and arrangement of elements for the optimal construction. The construction plan for the construction site for the three phases of the construction of the University Library and the Multimedia Center in Osijek has been described with the calculation of the capacity of the site and the measures and conditions of storage of the material.
