Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je dimenzioniranje kranskog nosača kao zavarenog punostijenog „I“ nosača s poprečnim ukrućenjima. Teorijski dio obuhvaća kratak osvrt na povijesni razvoj uređaja za podizanje tereta, općenito o kranovima, njihovoj namjeni i osnovnim vrstama, općenito o dijelovima mosnog krana, te specifičnosti izvedbe kranskih nosača kao kontinuiranih nosača. Također, obuhvaćeni su osnovni principi projektiranja i ponašanja pločastih elemenata, te je naveden proračun djelovanja prouzročenih kranovima na kranski nosač koja su također obuhvaćena unutar praktičnog dijela. Nakon analize opterećenja kranom, praktični dio sadržava simulaciju djelovanja krana na predmetni kranski nosač – izračun mjerodavnih reznih sila za određene položaje kotača krana, a zatim slijedi dimenzioniranje kranskog nosača prema važećim HRN EN normama. Na kraju rada nalazi se grafički prikaz kranskog postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is the design of the crane girder as a welded plated „I“ girder with transverse stiffeners. The theoretic part contains a short insight on the historical development of the load bearing machine, general information about cranes, their purpose and basic types, general information about the bridge crane parts and particularities of crane girder construction as a continuous girder. Furthermore, basic principles of designing and behavious of plated elements are included. The paper also coveres the design of the actions induced by cranes on the crane girder. This is also included in the practical part. After the crane loads analysis, the practical part contains simulation of crane action on the specific crane girder – the calculation of relevant design forces for specific positions of crane wheel, followed by crane girder design according to the standard HRN EN norms. At the end of the paper is a graphical illustration of the crane facility.
