Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je izrada projekta energetske obnove zgrade javne namjene sagrađene početkom 20. st. koji uključuje i interpolaciju nove etaže potkrovlja unutar zgrade. U radu je opisana provedba energetskog pregleda zgrade, snimak postojećeg stanja te prikupljanje potrebnih podataka kako bi se lakše definirali prijedlozi mjera za poboljšanje energetskih svojstava zgrade. Pri provođenju mjera za poboljšanje energetskih svojstava zgrade potrebno je pridržavati se važeće zakonske regulative te je ključno obratiti pozornost na ekonomsku isplativost. U drugom dijelu rada analizirano je postojeće stanje zgrade javne namjene koja je u vlasništvu grada Orahovice i nalazi se u Orahovici. Predložene mjere za poboljšanje energetskih svojstava zgrade su analizirane kako bi se moglo usporediti s postojećim stanjem zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this graduate thesis is to draw up a project for energy reconstruction of public buildings, built in the early 20th century, which includes the interpolation of the new attic floor of the building. This paper describes the implementation of an energy inspection of the building, a recording of the existing state of the collection of necessary data to define the proposed measures for improving the energy performance of the building. When implementing measures to improve the energy performance of buildings, it is necessary to abide by applicable legal regulations and pay attention to economic viability. The second part of the paper analyses the existing state of the public building owned by Orahovica town community, and is located in Orahovica. The proposed measures for improving the energy performance of the building were analysed and compared with the existing state of the building.
