Abstract
Plan organizacije gradilišta je neophodan i sastavni dio većine moderne građevinske dokumentacije u fazi pripremnih radova zbog planirane izgradnje objekata i njihove učinkovitije i ekonomičnije izgradnje. U građevinarstvu se planira izgradnja prije završetka rokova građevinskih radova. Optimizacija vremena odnosno skraćivanje planiranog roka realizacije je nužna jer je u građevinskom sektoru vrijeme važan resurs. Provođenje dogovorenih planova bitno utječe na krajnji ishod projekta te je u većini slučajeva korištenja organizacije gradilišta rezultiralo sa uspješnim projektom u cijelosti. Organizacija gradilišta je bitan segment u izvođenju projekta jer se koriste optimalne i pravovaljane mjere koje čine rad na gradilištu učinkovitijim ali samim time i ekonomičnijim. Prateći razvoj događaja na gradilištu, odnosno radove po svom tijeku, možemo ih korigirati i na vrijeme reagirati ukoliko dođe do nepredviđenih radnji. Plan organizacije je stručan rad i nužno potreban za kontrolu koju izvoditelj ima nad građenjem objekta. U radu su pokazani planovi uređenja tri manja gradilišta na području grada Osijeka.
Abstract (english)
The site construction plan is essential and is an integral part of most modern building documentation in the stage of preparation works for the planned construction of buildings and their more efficient and economical construction. Construction is planned before the end of the construction work, for shortening of construction time, because in the construction sector time is an important resource. Conducting agreed plans significantly influences the ultimate outcome of the project and in most cases use of the organization of construction plans resulted in a successful project in its entirety. The organization of the construction site is an important segment in the project implementation, because optimum and legible measures make the site work more efficient and more economical. By following the developments on the site and work in progress, we can correct problems and respond in time if unforeseen actions occur. The organization plan is a professional work and is necessary for contractor to control performance over the construction. This paper presents plans for the construction of three smaller building sites in the Osijek area.
