Abstract
Smanjenje potrošnje energije je važno iz ekoloških, ali i ekonomskih razloga. Zbog visoke cijene energenata moguće je postići velike uštede smanjivanjem zrakopropusnosti. Iz tog razloga potrebno je postići što veću točnost prilikom izračuna gubitaka energije zbog prodora vanjskog zraka, kako pri projektiranju novih građevina, tako i pri rekonstrukciji postojećih građevina. Konačna vrijednost zrakopropusnosti može se dobiti provođenjem tlačnog ispitivanja, ali tek nakon što je izvođenje građevine završeno ili je u završnoj fazi izvedbe. Za jako velike građevine taj postupak je skup i često nedovoljne preciznosti. Alternativa mjerenju je procjena zrakopropusnosti pomoću statističkog modela. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je procjena mogućnosti primjene statističkog modela za određivanje zrakopropusnosti. Korištena su tri modela te baza podataka mjerenja zrakopropusnosti sa područja grada Osijeka i okolice. Pomoću izraza iz modela je izračunata zrakopropusnost za 20 zgrada te uspoređena sa stvarnim, izmjerenim vrijednostima.

Decreasing energy consumption is very important from both ecological and an economical reason. Improved airtightness results in significat savings of energy consumption. Therefore it is very important to achieve propper accuracy of energy loses calculation due to air permeability when designing new and retofitting existing buildings. Final airtightness values can be obtained by a pressurization test but only at final construction stage. For large buildings in terms of their volume this procedure can be very expensive and often resulting with questionable quality of result. Alternative for measurement is an evaluation of air permeability by using statistical models. The aim of this thesis is assesment of possibility to use statistical models for assessment of airtightness values. Three models are used together with air permeability database from city of Osijek and suburban area. Using models equations air permeability for 20 buildings was calculated and then compared with measured results.
