Abstract
Iako je održavanje građevine vrlo bitna stavka koja je zapravo nužna za njezinu uporabu, u prošlosti se na troškove održavanja i uporabe nije obraćala pozornost. Pažnja projektanata, arhitekata i investitora je prvenstveno bila usmjerena na smanjenje troškova izgradnje te građevine. U modernija vremena se i taj pristup modernizirao i promijenio, pa se sada puno više obraća pažnja na te važne stavke u građevini. Kako bismo smanjili troškove održavanje i uporabe, o njima već treba razmišljati prilikom projektiranja građevine. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je napraviti plan održavanja i uporabe stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Županji. Prikazat će se plan održavanja i uporabe sa pripadajućim troškovima i aktivnostima za razdoblje od 30 godina, te način na koji diskontna stopa i razdoblje analize utječu na ukupne troškove.
Abstract (english)
Although the maintenance of a building is a very important item that is necessary for its use, in the past, maintenance and operation costs have not been addressed. The attention of designers, architects and investors was primarily focused on reducing the constructing costs. In modern times, this approach has also been modernized and changed, so much more attention is now paid to these important items in the building. To reduce maintenance and use costs, they should already be considered when designing a building. The aim of this thesis is to create and present a plan for the maintenance and operation of a residential and commercial building in Županja. A maintenance and operation plan will be presented with associated costs and activities for a period of 30 years, and how the discount rate and analysis period affect the total cost.
