Abstract
Materijal kao što je beton sastoji se od više komponenti. Osnovne komponente su cement, voda, agregat te dodaci koji poboljšavaju mehanička i fizička svojstva betona. Za kvalitetnu klasu betona potrebno je pripaziti tijekom pripreme, prvenstveno na ulazne sastojke te skladištenje istih. Beton se proizvodi na gradilištu, ručno, u gradilišnim betonarama te specijaliziranim tvornicama betona. [1] Mora proći kroz kontrolu u laboratorijima, što smo i prikazali na primjeru kasnije, kako bi se dokazala njegova sukladnost sa zahtjevima norme HRN EN 206-1. Na primjeru betonare Domogradnja d.o.o iz Virovitice prikazano je ispitivanje svježeg i očvrslog betona prema propisanim normama. [2] Svrha kontrole svojstva betona je ustanoviti vrstu betona, kontrole sukladnosti koje se vrše na betonu, kriterije sukladnosti, dokaze o sukladnosti betona kao i odrediti učestalost uzorkovanja svih uvjetovanih svojstava betona.
Abstract (english)
Material such as concrete consists of several components. The basic components: are cement, water, aggregate and additives that improve the mechanical and physical properties of concrete. For a quality concrete class, it is necessary to pay attention during the preparation, primarily on the ingredients that are used and how they are stored. Concrete is produced on the construction site, by hand, in construction concrete plants and in specialized concrete factories. It must go through the control in the labs, which is presented it in the example later, to prove its compliance with the requirements of the HRN EN 206-1 norm. The testing of fresh and hardened concrete according to prescribed norms is shown on the example of Domogradnja d.o.o from Virovitica. The purpose of the concrete properties control is to determine the type of concrete, the conformity control that is being carried out on concrete, compliance criteria, evidence of compliance of concrete, as well as to determine the frequency of causing all conditioned properties of concrete.
