Abstract
U radu se opisuje uloga kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete u građevinarstvu. Definira se pojam kvalitete, planiranja kvalitete, kontrole kvalitete i osiguranja kvalitete. Također, opisuje se zakonodavni okvir koji se primjenjuje u Republici Hrvatskoj u području graditeljstva. Kroz prikaz razvoja Zakona o gradnji predstavlja se važnost kvalitete u izgradnji građevina. Definiraju se izgled i sadržaj Programa kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, kao i Izjave o svojstvima. Osim toga, u radu je prikazan i normativni okvir koji se primjenjuje u području kvalitete. Posebno su opisani uvjeti i kriteriji za kvalitetu kod izvođenja betonskih i armiranobetonskih konstrukcija. U okviru rada na primjeru Sveučilišne knjižnice i multimedijskog centra u Osijeku (SKIMCO) izrađen je Program kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete za betonske i armiranobetonske radove.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the role of quality control and quality assurance in construction. It defines the concept of quality, quality planning, quality control and quality assurance. It also describes the legislative framework applicable in the Republic of Croatia in the field of construction. Through review of development of the Law of construction, the importance of quality in the construction of buildings is presented. The appearance and content of the Quality control and assurance program, as well as the Statements of properties are defined. Furthermore, the paper presents a normative framework applicable in the field of quality. The conditions and criteria for quality in the construction of concrete and reinforced concrete structures are specifically described. As part of the work on the example of the University library and the multimedia center in Osijek (SKIMCO), a Quality control and assurance program for concrete and reinforced concrete works was developed.
