Abstract
Sadržaj ovoga projekta je urbanističko rješenje poslovne zone i arhitektonski projekt poslovne, IT zgrade unutar zone. Urbanistički cilj bio je osigurati prostor za korisnike uvođenjem javnih prizemlja zgrada, čime se podiže kvaliteta prostora. Glavna ideja zgrade je odnos „javnog“ i „privatnog“ te uspostavljanje njihovih međuodnosa. Samo oblikovanje proizašlo je iz urbanističkih uvjeta i odgovora na njih. Zgradu čine dva kubusa - jedan poslovnoga, a drugi javnoga karaktera, otvorenoga svima.
Abstract (english)
This project consists of an urban plan of the business zone and the architectural project of the IT building within the zone. The urban goal was to provide space for users by implementing public element to the ground floors of buildings, thus raising the quality of the context. The main idea of the building is the relationship between "public" and "private" and the establishment of their interrelationships. The design itself came from urban conditions and responses to them. The building consists of two cuboids - one of business and the other of public character, open to all.
