Abstract
Projekt poslovne zgrade smješten je unutar urbanističke cjeline IT parka na južnoj granici gradskog tkiva definirane Gackom ulicom s juga i obrazovnim sadržajem sa sjeverne i zapadne strane obuhvata. Urbanističkim projektom predviđa se razvoj obuhvata kao novog gravitacijskog središta u kojem će poslovne zgrade definirati novu sliku grada s naglaskom na javnom sadržaju. Objekt poslovne zgrade pozicioniran je sjevero-istočno u samom obuhvatu tvoreći jednu od dvije predviđene vertikale koje svojom visinom pridonose definiranju slike grada sa asimilacijom ka višim zgradama koji karakteriziraju obližnju Trpimirovu ulicu. Poslovna zgrada koncipirana je kroz dva volumena. Volumena baze koja je okarak-terizirana javnim sadržajem i odignuta je na stupove kako bi propustila trg predviđen urbanističkim rješenjem i dodatno naglasila samu interakciju poslovne zgrade sa javnim sadržajima u obuhvatu IT parka. Krov baze zamišljen kao "garden deck" pruža dodatnu javnu površinu zelenog karaktera s naglaskom na vizurama ka samoj urbanističkoj cjelini. Drugi volumen, volumen tornja koncipiran je kroz 11 etaža u kojem je predviđeno postepeno definiranje javnog, polu-javnog i privatnog sadržaja ka vrhu zgrade na kojoj je smješten otvoreni, ozelenjen prostor koji pruža vizure prema gradu. Volumenu tornja dodatno pridonose i istaci koji razvijaju dinamičnost stroge vertikale, te daju značaj oblikovanju i funkcionalnosti prostora.
Abstract (english)
The project of the office building is located within the urban unit of the IT park on the southern boundary of the city defined by "Gacka" Street on the south and educational zone on the north and west side of the scope. The masterplan envisages the development of the scope as a new gravity centre in which office buildings create a new image of the city with an emphasis on public content. The office building is positioned in the north-east corner of the scope, forming one of the two planned verticals. These high-rise buildings contribute to the city image complementing the taller buildings that characterize nearby Trpimir Street. The office building is conceptualized through two volumes. The volume of the base, characterized by public content and elevated to expand the square and further emphasize the interaction of the office building with public amenities within the IT park. Additionally, the roof of a base, conceived as a "garden deck", provides a public green space with an accent on views towards the urban complex. The second volume, the 11 floors high tower, with the gradual definition of public, semi-public and private spaces, houses an open green space on the top floor that offers views of the city. The volume of the tower is further emphasized with prominent forms adding to the dynamism of the strict vertical shape and the design and functionality of the space.
