Abstract
Rad donosi pregled standarda (normi) u području informacijskog modeliranja u građevinarstvu (BIM) i pristupu projektima koje takav način rada donosi. Obrađene su definicije BIM-a kao i pojmova vezanih uz njega - općeniti povijesni osvrt, razine razvijenosti, razine detaljnosti i slično. Trenutno stanje normi i implementacije BIM-a u svijetu i Europi je uključeno kao posebno poglavlje. Praktični dio rada sastoji se od informacijskog modela zgrade mješovite namjene izrađenog u softveru ArchiCAD na kojemu su demonstrirane teme koje rad obrađuje u teoretskom dijelu - razine razvijenosti i razine detaljnosti, izvoz i uvoz IFC inačice, poštivanje normi i smjernica pri izradi, postavljanje zahtjeva za model itd. Na kraju su predstavljeni problemi koji su aktualni u obrađenom području kao i prijedlozi mogućih rješenja za njih.
Abstract (english)
The focus of this thesis is on the building information modeling standards and the new approach that comes with BIM. Definitions of BIM, as well as some other concepts relevant to it (history, levels of development, levels of detail, etc.), are included. Furthermore, there is a separate section discussing the current state of the standards and BIM implementation in Europe and the world. The practical part of the thesis was creating an information model of a mixed-use building in ArchiCad and demonstrating concepts presented in the theory part - levels of development, levels of detail, IFC export and import, respecting standards and guides in the process of modeling, defining the requirements for the model itself, etc. In the end, problems that are currently relevant are presented as well as the possible solutions for them.
