Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je izrada dijela ponudbene dokumentacije koja je uvjet za prijavu na otvoreni postupak javne nabave. U radu je prikazan postupak izrade analize cijena, izračuna trajanja aktivnosti te u konačnici izrade ponudbenog troškovnika. Također je prikazan vremenski plan koji je nužan kako bi se radovi odvili u zadanom roku. Teorijskim dijelom je obuhvaćena i sažeta građevinska regulativa vezana uz Zakon o građenju, Zakon o obveznim odnosima te Zakon o javnoj nabavi.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this thesis was to make a part of the tender documentation, which is the main condition for applying on open public procurement procedure. This thesis presents the process of making a price analysis, calculating the duration of activities and ultimately making an offer cost estimate. It also shows the time plan that is necessary for the construction works to take place within the given deadline. The theoretical part of this thesis includes and summarizes the construction regulations related to the Construction law, the Civil Obligations law and the Public Procurement law.
