Abstract
Ovim radom opisuju se karakteristike montažne gradnje i svi procesi vezani uz montažnu gradnju. U radu je obrađena podjela montažnih sustava gradnje s obzirom na različite kriterije. Opisane su osnovne etape montaže čeličnih montažnih konstrukcija. Obuhvaćeni su i detaljno opisani dijelovi tehnološkog procesa montaže čeličnih konstrukcija od preuzimanja predgotovljenih elemenata konstrukcije, preko transporta elemenata, vertikalnog podizanja, fiksiranja pa do konačne kontrole geometrije. Glavni dio rada obuhvaća projekt montaže čelične konstrukcije spremišta poljoprivredne mehanizacije. Čelična konstrukcija detaljno je tehnički opisana, razrađena je tehnologija transporta, vertikalnog podizanja i montaže te su jasno definirane faze i redoslijed montaže elemenata koji su detaljno opisani i priložene su njihove sheme. Uz sheme elemenata konstrukcije rad sadržava i sheme deponija elemenata te sheme redoslijeda montaže i stajališta dizalice. Radom je obrađena izrada i primjena tehnološke karte procesa te je izrađena karta procesa kojom su prikazani svi tehnološki procesi montaže čelične konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the characteristics of prefabricated construction and all processes related to prefabricated construction. The paper deals with the division of prefabricated building systems with regard to different criteria. Basic stages of assembly of steel prefabricated structures are described. The parts of the technological process of assembling steel structures are included and described in detail, from taking over the prefabricated elements, through transporting the elements, vertical lifting, fixing to the final control of the geometry. The main part of the paper includes the project of assembling the steel structure of the agricultural machinery storage. The steel structure is described in detail and the technology of transport, vertical lifting and assembly is defined, and the phases and order of assembly of the elements are clearly defined in detail and their schemes are attached. In addition to the schemes of construction elements, the paper also contains schemes of element depots and schemes of the assembly order and the crane position. The paper deals with the making and application of the technological map of the processes and the processes map which shows all the technological processes of assembly of the steel structure is shown in this paper.
