Abstract
U razvoju konstrukcijskog BIM modela zgrade ključne su točne i pouzdane informacije iz informacijskog modela temeljene na visokoj razini interoperabilnosti između BIM računalnih programa. Dosadašnja iskustva ukazuju da veliki doprinos BIM metodologije leži u automatizaciji postupaka projektiranja koji se, u tradicionalnom procesu, izvode ručno povećavajući značajno količinu pogrešaka i nedosljednosti u projektu. U prvom dijelu rada opisuje se pristup izradi BIM modela odabrane zgrade koji pruža objektno orijentirani digitalni prikaz zgrade i omogućuje daljnje analize modela i simulacije npr. procesa građenja, uređenja gradilišta, rasporeda resursa. U drugom dijelu rada istražuje se kvaliteta prijenosa informacija iz informacijskog modela u konstrukcijski model putem neizravne veze u obliku IFC formata datoteke. Na osnovu prikupljenih podataka o kvaliteti prijenosa informacija između informacijskog i konstrukcijskog računalnog programa donijet će se zaključci o mogućnostima korištenja BIM modela kod proračuna konstrukcija te njezinim pogodnostima i nedostatcima.
Abstract (english)
In the development of a structural BIM model of a building, accurate and reliable information from an information model based on a high level of interoperability between BIM software is crucial. Experience to date indicates that a major contribution of BIM methodology lies in the automation of design procedures, which, in the traditional process, are performed manually, increasing significantly the amount of errors and inconsistencies in the project. The first part of the paper describes the approach to creating a BIM model of a selected building that provides object-oriented digital representations of the building and enables further analysis of the model and simulation, for example, of the construction process, construction site establishment, resource layout. The second part explores the quality of information transfer from the information model to the structural model via an indirect link in the IFC file format. Based on the collected data on the quality of information transfer between the information and structural software, conclusions will be drawn about the possibilities of using the BIM model in the structural calculation and its advantages and disadvantages.
