Abstract
U radu je prikazano vremensko planiranje metodom kritičnog lanca za izvedbu objekta višestambene građevine A2- Crvene kuće u Zadru te je napravljena usporedba rezultata zadane podloge dinamičkog plana koji je prikazan gantogramom u odnosu na vremensko planiranje metodom kritičnog lanca. Pomoću ulaznih parametara (lista aktivnosti, trajanja aktivnosti, raspoloživi resursi) zadane podloge, dodavanjem logičkih veza te pripadnih resursa primijenjena je metoda kritičnog lanca te su time dobiveni izlazni parametri (novi planirani završetak projekta, izvješća o potrošnji pufera, resursa, troškova), odnosno konačni rezultati nakon implementacije ove metode te je izvršena analiza dobivenih rezultata. Metodologijom rada objašnjen je način primjene praktičnog dijela rada, prikazane su razlike u odnosu na klasičan pristup vremenskom planiranju te prednosti i mane ovog načina planiranja u odnosu na zadanu podlogu prikazanu gantogramom. Rezultati istraživanja metodom kritičnog lanca s puferom koji je dobiven izračunom metode kvadratne pogreške koja je izabrana kao mjerodavna metoda u ovome projektu, pokazali su da bi vremenski plan pomoću ove metode, odnosno pristupa gdje se izbjegavaju negativni utjecaji koji uzrokuju prekoračenje vremena i troškova projekta bio uspješniji prilikom samog izvođenja objekta.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis presents a project scheduling using the Critical Chain Method for the construction of the A2-Red House apartment building in Zadar. The results of the given basis of the dynamic plan shown by the Gantt chart were compared in relation to the time planning by the Critical Chain Method. Using the input parameters (list of activities, duration of activities, available resources) of the given substrate, adding logical connections and associated resources, the Critical Chain Method was applied, thus obtaining the output parameters (new planned project completion, reports on buffer consumption, resources, costs), in basics the final results after the implementation of this method, and the analysis of the obtained results was performed. The methodology of work explains the way of applying the practical part of the work, shows the differences in relation to the classical approach to time planning and the advantages and disadvantages of this way of planning in relation to the given substrate shown in the Gantt chart. The results of the research by the Critical Chain Method with a buffer obtained by calculating the quadratic error method chosen as the relevant method in this project, showed that the time plan using this method, in basics the approach avoiding negative impacts causing and project costs to be more successful during the construction of the object.
