Abstract
Cilj izrade ovog diplomskog rada je izraditi dio dokumentacije o nabavi za sklapanje Ugovora o građenju građevine visokogradnje na zadanom primjeru. Za potrebe izrade rada potrebno je napraviti detaljnu analizu troškova radova i vremena izvedbe rekonstrukcije građevine. U radu je prikazan postupak analize cijena, izrada troškovnika građevinskih radova, te izračun trajanja radova svih aktivnosti kako bi se odredilo ukupno trajanje projekta. U radu je opisan postupak izrade dijela dokumentacije o nabavi s osvrtom na Zakon o javnoj nabavi i Zakon o gradnji. Prikazani dio dokumentacije o nabavi je upravo onaj na temelju kojeg se radi bodovanje valjanih ponuda prema kriteriju za odabir ponude.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to make a part of tender documentation for the conclusion of a construction contract of a high-rise building. For the purposes of making this thesis it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of the project reconstruction cost and reconstruction time. The paper presents procedure of price analysis, estimation of construction works costs and calculation of the duration of works of all activities to determine the total duration of the project. The thesis describes the bidding process with reference to the Public Procurement Act and the Construction Act. The presented part of the procurement documentation is the one needed for validation of bids according to the bid selection criteria.
