Abstract | U zadatku je potrebno oblikovati i proračunati drvenu nadstrešnicu za četiri parkirališna mjesta zajedno sa svim spojevima konstrukcijskih elemenata. Nadstrešnica se nalazi u Osijeku. Tlocrtne dimenzije su 10,98X5,51 m, a najveća visina je 3,29 m. Analiza opterećenja od snijega, vjetra i stalnog opterećenja uraĎena je prema normama HRN EN 1990, HRN EN 1991-1-1, HRN EN 1991-1-3 i HRN EN 1991-1-4. Svi elementi i spojevi su dimenzionirani prema normi HRN EN 1995. Svi elementi konstantnog su poprečnog presjeka. Za proračun dijagrama unutarnjih sila korišten je Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional. Glavni nosač je zakrivljen, ukupne dužine 6,58 m, poprečnog presjeka b/h = 12/28 cm, unutarnjeg radijusa zakrivljenosti 400,19 cm. Oslonjen je na grede, gdje je oslonac na višoj strani modeliran kao pomični, a na nižoj strani kao nepomični za preuzimanje vertikalnog opterećenja. U oba oslonca spriječena je rotacija oko uzdužne osi nosača. Dužina glavnog nosača izmeĎu oslonaca je 5,86 m, a preostali dio je raspodjeljen na male prijepuste sa svake strane. Za izradu glavnog nosača koristi se lijepljeno lamelirano drvo razreda čvrstoće GL24h. Nadstrešnica ima pet glavnih nosača čiji je meĎusobni osni razmak 2,70 m. Glavni nosači oslanjaju se na grede poprečnog presjeka b/h = 18/22 cm. Grede su duljine 5,49 m i meĎusobno su zglobno spojene. Na nadstrešnici se nalaze četiri ovakve grede, sa svake strane po dvije, a izraĎene su od cjelovitog drveta razreda čvrstoće C24. Stupovi su zglobno povezani s gredama. Poprečni presjek stupova je b/h = 18/18 cm. Stupovi su rasporeĎeni na dvije strane, sa svake strane po tri stupa. Na ulazu u nadstrešnicu visina stupova je 2,14 m, a sa zadnje strane nadstrešnice visina stupova je 1,34 m. Stupovi su, kao i grede, izraĎeni od cjelovitog drveta razreda čvrstoće C24. S tlom su stupovi spojeni upetim osloncem. Za spajanje elemenata konstrukcije koriste se čelične papuče i vijci. Ograda je ukupne visine 1,00 m i postavlja se izmeĎu stupova na tri strane nadstrešnice. Elementi ograde izraĎeni su od cjelovitog drveta razreda čvrstoće C24. Za pokrov je odabran Kalzip. |
Abstract (english) | In the task it is necessary to design and calculate a wooden canopy for four parking spaces together with all the joints oft he structural elements. The canopy is located in Osijek. The floor plan dimensions are 10,98X5,51 m, and the maximum height is 3,29 m. The analysis of snow load, wind load and constant load was done according to the standards HRN EN 1990, HRN EN 1991-1-1, HRN EN 1991-1-3 and HRN EN 1991-1-4. All elements and joints are dimensioned according to the standard HRN EN 1995. All elements are of constant cross section. Autodesk Robot Structural Analyis Professional was used to calculate the internal force diagrams. The main girder is curved, total lenght 6,58 m, cross section b/h = 12/28 cm, inner radius of curvature 400,19 cm. It is supported on beams, where the support on the higher side is modeled as movable, and on the lower side as fixed to take the vertical load. In both supports, rotation about the longitudinal axis oft he support is prevented. The lenght oft he main girder between the supports is 5,86 m, and the remaining part is distributed on small overhangs on each side. Glued laminated wood of strenght class GL24h is used to make the main girder. The canopy has five main girders whose mutual axial distance is 2,70 m. The main girders rest on beams of cross section b/h = 18/22 cm. The beams are 5,49 m long and are articulated. There are four such beams on the canopy, two on each side, and they are made of solid wood strenght class C24. The columns are articulated to the beams. The cross section oft he columns is b/h = 18/18 cm. The pillars are arranged on two sides, three pillars on each side. At the entrace to the canopy, the height oft he pillars is 2,14 m, and at the back of the canopy, the height of the pillars is 1,34 m. The pillars, like the beams, are made of solid wood of strenght class C24. The pillars are connected to the ground by a suspended support. Steel slippers and screws are used to connect the construction elements. The fence has a total height of 1,00 m and is placed between the pillars on three sides of the canopy. Fence elements are made of solid wood of strenght class C24. Kalzip was chosen as the cover. |
