Abstract
Urbanističko rješenje IT parka, koji se nalazi u industrijskom četvrtu u Osijeku, ima koncept uređenja pomoću igrica prošlog stoljeća koji se baziraju na grid osnovi. Sastoji se od 6 zgrada u osnovnim Tetris oblicima i paviljon koji u jednom dijelu povezuje rješenje sa ostatkom grada, a u drugom dijelu ga štiti od prometne ulice. Između zgrada postoji igra šetnice i šest tematskih trgova koji se vežu uz pojedine zgrade, komuniciraju sa svim posjetiteljima i tako cijelo rješenje čine potpunim. Poslovna zgrada L oblika u oblikovanju i uređenju prati grid koncept urbanističkog rješenja. U tome veliku ulogu igra skeletna nosiva konstrukcija. Uz to lakoća zgrade se postiže korištenjem strukturalne fasade. Podijeljena je u dva dijela: dio za vanjske korisnike i poslovni dio, no oni su međusobno dobro povezani. Naglasak je na jednostavnošću i pravilnim oblicima. Puno je pažnje posvećeno na fleksibilnost prostora, kako bi zgrada mogla da svoj potpuni potencijal i da odgovara svim različitim potrebama svojih korisnika.
Abstract (english)
The urban solution of the IT park, located in the industrial district of Osijek, has the concept of arranging with the help of games from the last century, which are based on a grid basis. It consists of 6 buildings in basic Tetris shapes and a pavilion that in one part connects the location with the rest of the city, and in the other part protects it from a busy street. Between the buildings there is a game of the promenade and six themed squares that connect to individual buildings, communicating with all visitors and thus make the whole solution complete. The L-shaped office building follows the grid concept of the urban solution in terms of design and decoration. The skeletal load-bearing structure plays a big role in that. In addition, the lightness of the building is achieved by using a structural facade. It is divided into two parts: the part for external users and the business part, but they are well connected to each other. The emphasis is on simplicity and rectangular shapes. A lot of attention is paid to the flexibility of the space, so that the building can reach its full potential and meet all the different needs of its users.
