Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je građevinski projekt općenito te prolazak kroz sve njegove faze. Detaljno je objašnjen svaki dio planiranja projekta, od WBS-a (strukturne raščlambe projekta), dinamičkog plana do praćenja troškova u vremenu. Praćenje je prikazano kroz metodu dinamičkog planiranja S-krivulje. Istaknuta je važnost planiranja projekta kako bi se kvalitetno moglo upravljati projektom. Primjena je vidljiva i kroz EVA metodu koja je jedna od najpoznatijih metoda ocjene i vrijednosti projekta. Na primjeru građevinskog projekta stambenog objekta s tri etaže prikazan je tijek novca u vremenu (cash flow) te je u konačnici preko već spomenute EVA metode i njezinih indeksa ocijenjen projekt.
Abstract (english)
This diploma thesis deals with the construction project in general and covers all of its phases. Every part of the construction project creation process is explained in great detail, with WBS (structural layering of the project), dynamic planning and expense monitoring covered as well. The process of the monitoring itself is shown via dynamic planning, using the S-curve method. The notion of planning the project in advance in a proper way is the most important factor, in order for it to be monitored in the correct manner. EVA method is one solution to apply to the aforementioned, since it is the most popular method of evaluation regarding the project value. The flow of money and its value through time, alongside the already mentioned EVA method and its indices, is presented within an example of a construction of a three-story residential building.
