Abstract
Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada bio je objasniti vremensko planiranje građevinskih projekata te troškovnu optimizaciju. Način upravljanja troškovima može bitno odrediti u kojoj će mjeri poslovanje biti uspješno. Danas projekte nije jednostavno izvesti tako da se ispuni ugovoreni rok i ugovorena cijena bez pomoći određenih tehnika planiranja. Najviše se primjenjuje gantogram, kojeg sam i ja primijenila u svom odabranom primjeru objekta za optimizaciju. U radu je prezentiran teorijski dio u kojemu je objašnjeno zašto je planiranje jedan od ključnih čimbenika za realizaciju projekta, koji su glavni ciljevi vremenskog planiranja te koje metode planiranja postoje. Isto tako, prikazan je pregled metoda, alata i algoritama za optimizaciju vremenskih planova građenja. Optimizacija je važan segment kod vremenskog planiranja jer je ona osnova za pronalaženje najboljeg rješenja problema minimiziranjem troškova. Doprinos rada prepoznaje se kroz konkretan primjer objekta iz građevinske prakse – Izgradnja stambeno – poslovne građevine „Caritas Požeške biskupije“ u kojemu se analizira vrijeme potrebno za izvođenje radova te na kojem izvršena optimizacija troškova u vremenu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to explain the time planning of construction projects and cost optimization. The way costs are managed can significantly determine the extent to which the business will be successful. Today, projects are not easy to perform so that the agreed deadline and the agreed price are met without the help of certain planning techniques. The Gantt chart, which I applied in selected example of an optimization object, is mostly used. The paper presents a theoretical part in which it is explained why planning is one of the key factors for project implementation, what are the main goals of time planning and what planning methods exist. Also, an overview of methods, tools and algorithms for optimizing construction time plans is presented. Optimization is an important segment in time planning because it is the basis for finding the best solution to the problem of minimizing costs. The contribution of the work is recognized through a concrete example of a building from construction practice - Construction of a residential - commercial building "Caritas Požeška biskupija" in which the time required for execution is analyzed and cost optimization over time is performed.
