Abstract
Zadatak diplomskog rada bio je proračun drvene krovne konstrukcije zatvorenog bazena za vodene sportove. U diplomskom radu izvršen je proračun glavnih nosača, sekundarnih nosača i stabilizacijskog veza prema graničnom stanju nosivosti i uporabljivosti. Glavni nosač je tipski lamelirani nosač posebne geometrije, koji je proračunat kao zakrivljeni a izveden kao sedlasti s umetkom u sljemenu koji se dodatno pričvrsti i ne utječe na proračun. Glavni nosač je razreda čvrstoće GL 28h u rasponu 31,6 m, postavljeni na svakih 5 m. Nagib gornjeg ruba glavnog nosača iznosi 7,5° a donjeg ruba 2,5°, dok su radijus zakrivljenosti nosača 35 m i visina glavnog nosača iznad oslonca 1000 mm, a u sljemenu 2246 mm. Sekundarni nosači(podrožnice) izvedene su od cjelovitog crnogoričnog drveta razreda čvrstoće C27. Tijekom proračuna sekundarni nosači su podijeljene u tri pozicije. Pozicija 1(rubna podrožnica 12/24 cm), pozicija 2(vezna podrožnica 16/24 cm) i pozicija 3(sljemena podrožnica 12/24 cm). Stabilizacijski sustav izveden je od čeličnih dijagonala kružnog poprečnog presjeka promjera 20 mm od kvalitete čelika S275. Za zaštitu drveta od vlage glavnih i sekundarnih nosača preporučena je acetilacija kao dugoročno rješenje problema vlage i tamnjenja drveta uz paralelno korištenje standardnih premaza na bazi ulja.
Abstract (english)
The task of the diploma thesis was to calculate the wooden roof structure of an indoor swimming pool for water sports. In the diploma thesis, the calculation of the main girders, secondary girders and the stabilization connection according to the limit state of bearing capacity and usability was performed. The main girder is a typical laminated girder of special geometry, which is calculated as curved and made as a saddle girder with an insert in the ridge that is additionally fastened and does not affect the calculation. The main girder has a strength class GL 28h in the range of 31.6 m, placed every 5 m. The slope of the upper edge of the main girder is 7.5 ° and the lower edge 2.5 °, while the radius of curvature of the girder is 35 m and the height of the main girder above the support 1000 mm, and in the ridge 2246 mm. Secondary girders(branches) are made of solid coniferous wood of strength class C27. During calculation, the secondary girders were divided into three positions. Position 1 (edge branch 12/24 cm), position 2 (connecting branch 16/24 cm) and position 3 (ridge branch 12/24 cm). The stabilization system is made of steel diagonals of circular cross section with a diameter of 20 mm of S275 steel quality. To protect wood from moisture of the main and secondary supports, acetylation is recommended as a long-term solution to the problem of moisture and darkening of wood with the parallel use of standard oil-based coatings.
