Abstract
Diplomskim radom prikazana je prenamjena potkrovlja i energetska obnova obiteljske kuće na lokaciji Orahovička 66, Osijek, katastarske čestice 9876/17. Prikazan je proračun postojećeg stanja obiteljske kuće te je dan tehnički opis kuće zajedno s fotodokumentacijom vanjske ovojnice objekta. Drugi dio rada prikazuje proračun projektiranog stanja obiteljske kuće zajedno s tehničkim opisom te prikaz i analizu uštede energije i smanjenje potrošnje energije u odnosu na trenutno stanje. Za postojeće stanje i prijedlog prenamjene obiteljske kuće u radu je prikazana i prva stranica energetskog certifikata na kojoj je prikazan i energetski razred obiteljske kuće. U radu je prikazan i troškovnik radova na prenamjeni obiteljske kuće.
Abstract (english)
The diploma thesis presents the adaptation of the attic and energy renovation of a family house at the location Orahovička 66, Osijek, cadastral parcel 9876/17. The calculation of the existing condition of the family house is presented and a technical description of the house is given together with photo documentation of the outer shell of the building. The second part of the paper presents the calculation of the designed condition of the family house together with the technical description and the presentation and analysis of energy savings and reduction of energy consumption in relation to the current condition. For the current condition and proposal for the conversion of a family house, the paper also shows the first page of the energy certificate, which also shows the energy class of the family house. The paper also presents the cost estimate for the conversion of the family house.
