Abstract
Projektirana građevina poslovne zgrade projektirana je u sklopu poslovnog kompleksa, smještenog u poslovnoj zoni Gacka, Osijek. Kompleks se sastoji od 3 zgrade međusobno povezane podzemnom garažom i platformom u razini prvog kata. Zgrada je smještena uz zapadni rub parcele. Arhitektonski koncept temelji se na kontrastu između otvorenog i zatvorenog, javnog i privatnog. Odjeli zgrade grupirani su prema karakterima radnog mjesta. Karakterno "ozbiljniji" odjeli smješteni su na južnu, mirniju stranu, dok su kreativniji odjeli smješteni uz tržnicu i središte parcele. Logika grupiranja odjela prema karakteru, nastavlja se i u tlocrtnim organizacijama. Tlocrti su projektirani kao ritam otvorenog i zatvorenog prostora, koji ovisno o potrebi mijenja svoj smjer. Kontrast je nastavljen i u oblikovanju pročelja, te odabiru materijala. Na južnom dijelu postavljena je ovojnica perforiranog lima koja se doima kao puna ploha te time komunicira s oblikovanjem gospodarskih zgrada. Sjeverna strana otvorenija je te su vertikalno postavljene drvene gredice koje završavaju na zelenoj krovnoj terasi. Otvorenost, zelenilo i drvo komuniciraju sa zelenom tržnicom. Glavna ideja projekta bila je odvajanjem i kontrastom različitih karaktera prostora, materijala i atmosfera postići istovremeno spajanje zgrade i njenih pojedinih dijelova, ali i zgrade s urbanističkim rješenjem u jednu osmišljenu i funkcionalnu cjelinu.
Abstract (english)
Designed building is a part of a business complex, located in the business zone Gacka, Osijek. Complex is consisted of 3 buildings interconnected by underground garage and platform at the level of the first floor. Building is located along the western edge of the plot. Architectural concept is based on the contrast between open and closed, public and private. Departments of the building are grouped according to the characters of the workplace. Characteristically “serious” departments are located on the south, quieter side, while creative departments are located next to the market and the center of the plot. The logic of grouping departments according to character continues in floor plan organizations as well. Floor plans are designed as a rhythm of open and closed space, which changes its direction depending on the need. Contrast is continued in the design of the facade and the choice of materials. Southern part of a building is coverd with perforated full surfaced metal sheet and thus communicates with the design of outbuildings. North side is completely transparent, decorated with vertically placed wooden beams ending on a green roof terrace. Openness, greenery and wood communicate with the green market. The main idea of the project was with separation and contrast of different characters of space, materials and atmosphere, merging building and its individual parts, and building with an urban solution into one designed and functional whole.
