Abstract
Poslovna zona Gacka smještena je u južnom dijelu grada Osijeka uz Gacku ulicu i neposrednu blizu južnezaobilaznice i ulice kneza Trpimira. U urbanističkomdijelu završnog rada iz nepravilnog grida koji se nalazi na obuhvatu projekirano je 5 zgrada razičitih namjena i nepravilnih oblika na čijem zadanom obuhvatu prodire zelenilo u obliku klinova. U arhitektonskom dijelu izabrana je jedna od 5 zgrada koja je detaljno isprojektirana, točnije zgrada P+6 koja se nalazi na južnoj strani parcele. lnspiracija za izvedbeni projekt proizašla je iz urbanizma i uvlačenje zelenila, Sto se upravo dogodilo i na mojoj zgradi. Također, inspiracija za pročelja isto tako dolazi iz urbanizma, odnosno iz nepravilnog grida koji se pruža po cijelom obuhvatu. Posljednji dio završnog rada sastoji se od izvedbenog projekta, razrađenih detalja, konstrukciie i instalaciia.
Abstract (english)
The Gacka business zone is located in the southern part of the city of Osijek, along Gacka Street and in the immediate vicinity of the southern bypass and Kneza Trpimira Street. ln the urban part of the final work from the irregular grid that is on the scope, 5 buildings of different purposes and irregular shapes are projected, on the given scope of which greenery in the form of wedges penetrates. ln the architectural part, one of the 5 buildings was chosen, which was designed in detail, more precisely the P + 6 building, which is located on the south side of the plot. The inspiration for the execution project came from urbanism and the indentation of greenery, which just happened on my building as well. Also, the inspiration for the facades also comes from urbanism, ie from the irreoular orid that is provided throughout the scope. The last part of the final work consists of the detailed design, elaborated details, construction and installations
