Abstract
Za potrebe rada napravljen je snimak postojećeg stanja stana u višestambenoj zgradi. Na temelju prikupljenih podataka izrađeni su energetski certifikati u dva različita računalna programa KI Expert 2013 i AX3000. Svrha rada u dva programa, a ujedno i tema rada je usporedba izlaznih podataka odnosno rezultata proračuna. Također su izrađeni dodatni certifikati u obje programske podrške s pojedinim mjerama sanacije kako bi se mogla napraviti analiza energetskih razreda. Nakon usporedbe rezultata za postojeće stanje napravljena je usporedba rezultata s uključenom mjerom izmjene vanjske stolarije te posebno nakon dodane toplinske izolacije na vanjske zidove i zidove prema negrijanim prostorima. Na kraju je napravljen certifikat za obje mjere zajedno kao jedine dvije opravdane mjere za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti predmetnog stana. U svim varijantama su zadani isti ulazni podaci kako bi se dobili usporedivi izlazni rezultati. Svi izlazni podaci za pojedine varijante i paralelne slučajeve su bili različiti, a sveukupno izlazni rezultati imaju vrlo veliki raspon, od energetskog razreda F za postojeće stanje do energetskog razreda B nakon sveobuhvatne sanacije.
Abstract (english)
For the purpose of this work an audit of the initial condition of the apartment in the residential building was made. Gathered information served as a basis for making energy certificates in two different computer programs - KI Expert 2013 and AX3000. The purpose of the work, as well as its theme, is to compare the output data and calculation results. We also made additional certificates in both software with individual rehabilitation measures in order to make the analysis of energy classes. After comparing the results for the current condition we compared the results with included changes of the exterior woodwork and especially after thermal insulation was added to the exterior walls and the walls next to unheated space. In the end we made a certificate for both measures together as the only two reasonable measures for increasing energy efficiency of the apartment. In all variations the same input data were given in order to obtain comparable output results. All output data for individual variations and parallel cases were different and the total output results have a very large energy range, from energy class F for the initial condition to the energy class B after the comprehensive reconstruction.
