Abstract
Raskrižja u razini su najčešći tip raskrižja, a predstavljaju čvorna mjesta u urbanoj cestovnoj mreži. Cilj je oblikovati ih i prometno voditi na način da omoguće dobro funkcioniranje cestovnog prometa za prometnu potražnju do kraja projektnog perioda. Ovaj diplomski rad obuhvaća ocjenu varijantnih rješenja rekonstrukcije raskrižja ulice Matije Gupca i ulice Zeleno polje u Osijeku. Predmetno raskrižje je primarne funkcionalne razine i predstavlja kompleksno rješenje zbog multimodalnih prometnih zahtjeva, a posebno zbog okretišta tramvaja koje se nalazi neposredno u zoni raskrižja. Cilj ovog rada je povećati sigurnost ranjivih prometnih tokova, a to su pješački i biciklistički tokovi, uz postizanje zadovoljavajućih funkcionalnih karakteristika raskrižja za postojeću i buduću prometnu potražnju. Na predmetnom raskrižju obavljeno je brojanje prometa u vršnim satima pomoću videozapisa, a podaci o geometrijskim parametrima određeni su iz dobivene geodetske podloge postojećeg stanja. Rekonstrukcija raskrižja izvedena je u programu AutoCAD. Ukupno je modelirano tri tipa raskrižja, uključujući postojeće semaforizirano raskrižje. Analizirana su dva varijantna rješenja rekonstrukcije, klasično raskrižje s kružnim tokom kojeg je projektirala firma Rencon d.o.o. te moderno „flower“ kružno raskrižje. Provedena je analiza postojećeg stanja, te usporedba različitih varijantnih rješenja pomoću mikrosimulacijskog programskog alata PTV Vissim.
Abstract (english)
At-grade intersections are the most common type of intersection, and they represent nodal points in the urban road network. The goal is to shape them and manage traffic in a way that enables road traffic to function well for traffic demand until the end of the project period. This graduate thesis includes the evaluation of variant solutions for the reconstruction of the intersection of Matije Gupca Street and Zeleno Polje Street in Osijek. The intersection in question is of primary functional level and represents a complex solution due to multimodal traffic requirements, and especially due to the tram turning point located directly in the intersection area. The goal of this work is to increase the safety of vulnerable traffic flows, namely pedestrian and bicycle flows, while achieving satisfactory functional characteristics of the intersection for existing and future traffic demand. At the intersection in question, traffic was counted during peak hours using video, and data on geometric parameters were determined from the obtained geodetic base of the existing state. The reconstruction of the intersection was performed in the AutoCAD program. A total of three types of intersections were modeled, including the existing traffic lighted intersection. Two variant reconstruction solutions were analyzed, a classic intersection with a roundabout designed by Rencon d.o.o. and the modern "flower" roundabout. An analysis of the existing situation was carried out, as well as a comparison of different variant solutions using the PTV Vissim microsimulation software tool.
