Abstract
Novi koncepti urbanog planiranja imaju u fokusu pješačku dostupnost urbanih sadržaja i promoviraju zelenu mobilnost. Pješačenje kao oblik urbane mobilnosti ima svoje značajke koje je potrebno sagledati u postupku planiranja pješačke infrastrukture. Osim udaljenosti, jedan od najvažnijih motivatora za odabir pješačenja kao oblika mobilnosti je sigurnost pješačke infrastrukture. Cilj ovog rada je rekonstrukcijom konfliktne zone vozilo - pješak odabranih raskrižja, povećati sigurnost pješačkim tokovima. U praktičnom dijelu rada provedena je analiza konfliktnih zona na dvije lokacije u urbanoj prometnoj mreži grada Osijeka. Analizirana su raskrižja Drinske i Krbavske ulice te Umaške i Kaštelanske ulice. Na terenu je obavljeno brojanje prometa snimanjem mobilnim uređajem i prikupljanje ostalih ulaznih podataka potrebnih za formiranje modela. Za svaku lokaciju, projektirana su tri varijantna rješenja rekonstrukcije u programu AutoCAD i svako varijantno rješenje, uključujući i postojeće projektno rješenje analizirano je uz pomoć mikrosimulacija izrađenih u programu VISSIM. Podloge lokacija uvežene su iz programa Google Earth Pro.
Abstract (english)
New urban planning concepts focus on pedestrian accessibility of urban facilities and promote green mobility. Walking as a form of urban mobility has its own characteristics that need to be considered in the process of planning pedestrian infrastructure. Apart from a distance, one of the most important motivators for choosing walking as a form of mobility is the safety of pedestrian infrastructure. The aim of this work is to increase the safety of pedestrians by reconstructing the vehicle - pedestrian conflict zone of selected intersections. In the practical part of the work, an analysis of conflict zones was made at two locations in the urban transport network of the city of Osijek. The intersections of Drinska and Krbavska Street and Umaška and Kaštelanska Street were analyzed. In the field, traffic was counted by recording with a mobile device and other input data necessary for the formation of the model was collected. For each location, three variant reconstruction solutions were created in the AutoCAD program and each variant solution, including the existing state, was analyzed with the help of microsimulations created in the VISSIM program. Location bases were imported from Google Earth Pro.
