Abstract
Razmjena informacija između sudionika u projektu ključna je da bi projekt bio uspješan. Tehnologija koja koristi modeliranje s informacijama i pritom povezuje sudionike za rad na istom modelu je BIM tehnologija. BIM pristup modeliranju građevina koje se grade tradicionalnim – in situ načinom donosi mnoštvo prednosti. No, za građevine koje će se sastojati od predgotovljenih elemenata, ova tehnologija se još razvija i u maloj mjeri je u upotrebi. Prvi, teorijski dio rada bavi se opisom BIM tehnologije i gradnje s predgotovljenim elementima. Nakon teorijskog dijela slijedi praktični dio modeliranja višestambene zgrade građene s djelomično predgotovljenim elementima. U ovom dijelu predstavljeni su trenutno dostupni načini modeliranja u programu Allplan 2022 – studentska verzija. Rezultati modeliranja su izvještaji količina i renderi konstrukcije zgrade. Na kraju su analizirani rezultati i problemi koji se javljaju prilikom modeliranja i predstavljeni načini kako kvalitetnije pristupiti modeliranju predgotovljenih elemenata pomoću BIM tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
Exchange of informations between the participants of the project is essential for the project to be succesful. A technology that uses information modeling and connects participants to work on the same model is BIM technology. BIM approach to modeling buildings that are built traditionally - in situ brings many advantages. However, for buildings that will consist of prefabricated elements, this technology is still being developed and is in use to a small extent. The first, theoretical part of this paper deals with the description of BIM technology and construction with prefabricated elements. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part of modeling a multi-apartment partially prefabricated building. This section presents the currently available modeling methods in Allplan 2022 – student version. The results of the modeling are reports of quantities and renderings of the building structure. At the end, the results and problems that arise during modeling are analyzed and ways to better approach the modeling of prefabricated elements using BIM technology are presented.
