Abstract Kroz diplomski rad treba ispitati pospješuje li primjena informacijskog modeliranja građevine (eng. Building Information Modelling, BIM) kvalitetu realizacije projekta. Svaka inovacija sa sobom donosi prednosti i mane u području njezine implementacije, naročito ako se radi o privatnom sektoru sa srednjim i malim poduzetnicima. BIM koncept obuhvaća cijeli niz mjera, sa svrhom unaprjeđenja građevinskih projekata, od ideje za građevinom, do njezine cjeloživotne uporabe i održavanja. Neki benefiti uvođenja BIM-a su: smanjenje pogrešaka prilikom projektiranja, praćenje troškova projekta, izrada simulacija izgradnje i drugi. Kao jednu od značajnijih dobrobiti primjene BIM koncepta navodi se pravodobno otkrivanje grešaka pomoću detekcije sudara ili kolizija u digitalnom okruženju.
Na osnovu višestambene zgrade smještene u gradu Crikvenici ispitat će se implementacija BIM-a u područjima: komunikacije između sudionika projekta, organizacije gradilišta, unosa promjena prilikom izvedbe projekta, dinamici izvršenja pojedinih etapa projekta, iskazima materijala, troškovnicima, provjerama projekte dokumentacije i detekciji pogrešaka u projektu. Osim implementacije BIM tehnologije u stvarni projekt i gradilišno okruženje, proveden je strukturirani intervju sa različitim sudionicima građenja, koji su dali svoje nepristrano mišljenje na tu temu.
Kroz višetjedni boravak na gradilištu sve aktivnosti gradnje evidentirane su u dnevniku autora, koji je poslužio kao podloga za usporedbu tradicionalnog načina gradnje i BIM tehnologije u fazi izvođenja grubih radova. Pomoću računalnog softvera ''Allplan 2022'' izrađen je računalni model višestambene zgrade, pomoću kojeg su se vršile aktivnosti: nabavke materijala, iskaza količina materijala, izrada troškovnika, kontrola izvedbe građevine i kontrola projektne dokumentacija. Posljedice nepravodobne detekcije pogrešaka rezultiraju povećanjem troškova gradnje, odgodama u rokovima izvršenja projekta, nekvalitetnim izvođenjem radova i sl.
Abstract (english) The thesis should examine whether the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) improves the quality of project implementation. Every innovation brings with it advantages and disadvantages in the field of its implementation, especially if it is a private sector with medium and small entrepreneurs. The BIM concept includes a whole series of measures, with the purpose of improving construction projects, from the need for a building, to its lifelong use and maintenance. Some benefits of introducing BIM are: reduction of design errors, monitoring of project costs, creation of construction simulations and others. One of the most significant benefits of applying the BIM concept is the timely detection of errors using the detection of collisions in the digital environment.
On the basis of a multi-residential building located in the city of Crikvenica, the implementation of BIM will be examined in the areas of: communication between project participants, organization of the construction site, introduction of changes during project implementation, dynamics of execution of individual stages of the project, statements of materials, cost sheets, checks of project documentation and detection of errors in project. In addition to the implementation of BIM technology in the actual project and construction site environment, a structured interview was conducted with various construction participants, who gave their unbiased opinion on the subject.
During the 37-day stay at the construction site, all activities were recorded in the author's diary, which served as a basis for comparing the traditional construction method and BIM technology in the phase of performing rough works. Using computer software "Allplan 2022", a computer model of a multi-apartment building was created, with which the following activities were carried out: procurement of materials, statement of material quantities, production of cost estimates, control of construction performance and control of project documentation. The consequences of untimely detection of errors result in an increase in construction costs, delays in project execution deadlines, low-quality execution of works and others.
