Abstract
U ovome radu riješena je problematika projektiranja zgrade poslovne namjene. Rad je podijeljen u dijelove, svaki dio rada precizno pristupa problemima koji su karakteristični za poslovne zgrade. Projektirana zgrada karakteristična je zbog više stvari: polukružno oblikovanje zgrade, kompozicija koju tvore oblici svih zgrada na zadanom obuhvatu te analiza grada Osijeka te uže lokacije samo su neke od njih. Arhitektonski pristup projektiranja ove zgrade okarakteriziran je sa naglaskom na: poštivanje okolne izgradnje, zelenilo, energetska učinkovitost, snažan identitet zgrade, oblikovanje, sliku ulice (pročelje ulice).
Abstract (english)
In this work, the problem of designing a business building is solved. The work is divided into parts, each part of the work precisely approaches the problems that are characteristic of office buildings. The designed building is characteristic due to several things: the semicircular design of the building, the composition formed by the shapes of all the buildings on the given scope, and the analysis of the city of Osijek and its narrower locations are just some of them. The architectural approach to the design of this building is characterized with an emphasis on: respect for the surrounding construction, greenery, energy efficiency, strong building identity, design, street image (street frontage).
