Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom obuhvaćen je teorijski i praktični dio primjene 4D BIM koncepta planirnaja montaže armirano-betonskih građevina. Prvo poglavlje teorijskog dijela rada bavi se pregledom glavnih značajki montažnog građenja te prednostima i nedostatcima montažnog građenja. U radu su opisani neki od montažnih sustava građenja i tehnologije montažne gradnje, što obuhvaća proizvodnju, transport i montažu gotovih konstrukcijskih komponenti. Na kraju prvog dijela detaljno je opisan matematički model ciklusa montaže pomoću kojeg su izračunata trajanja montaže svakog elementa u praktičnom dijelu rada. U drugom poglavlju definiran je koncept informacijskog modeliranja građevine i građenja(engl. Building Information Modeling) te je dan pregled razvoja BIM-a kroz povijest u četiri razine. Zatim su navedene neke od prednosti i nedostataka BIM-a te korištenje 4D BIM-a u planiranju. Na kraju dugog poglavlja dan je pregled računalnih programa koji se koriste za 4D modeliranje. Praktički dio rada bavi se primjenom teorijskih osnova montažnog građenja i BIM-a za izradu simulacije plana montaže na primjeru studije slučaja armirano-betonske zgrade. Zgrada se sastoji od montažnih i monolitnih elemenata te je strukturnom raščlambom projekta podijeljena prvo na etaže, zatim na konstrukcijske elemente. Svim montažnim elementima pridružena je aktivnost montaže te je izračunato trajanje ciklusa montaže prema prethodno matematičkom modelu. Monolitnim elementima također su pridružene aktivnosti te trajanja koja su izračunata determinističkim pristupom. Na kraju praktičnog dijela izrađena su dva vremenska plana s različitim redoslijedom montaže elemenata. U oba vremenska plana osim trajanja, uneseni su pripadajući normirani radnici i strojevi. Rezultat rada su dvije simulacije koje prikazuju dva scenarija montaže armirano-betonskih elemenata zgrade. Peto poglavlje bavi se diskusijom o izradi 3D BIM modela građevine i simulacije te preprekama do kojih je došlo prilikom izrade. Na kraju rada dan je zaključak kao sažeti prikaz praktičnog i teorijskog dijela ovog diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
This thesis covers the theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part of the work deals with an overview of the main features of prefabricated construction and the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated construction. The thesis presents some prefabricated construction systems and technology, including the production, transportation, and assembly of finished components. At the end of the first part, a mathematical model of the assembly cycle is described in detail, which was used to calculate the assembly duration of each element in the practical part of the work. In the second chapter, BIM (Building Information Modeling) is defined, and an overview of the development of BIM throughout history is given at four levels. Then, some of the advantages and disadvantages of BIM and the use of 4D BIM in planning are listed. At the end of the chapter, an overview of computer programs used for 4D modeling is given. The practical part of the work deals with applying the theoretical foundations of prefab construction and BIM to simulate the assembly plan of a reinforced concrete building. The building consists of prefabricated and monolithic elements, and the structural analysis of the project divides it first into floors and then into structural elements. All assembly elements are associated with the assembly activity, and the duration of the assembly cycle is calculated according to the previously mentioned mathematical model. Monolithic elements are also associated with activities of that duration, calculated using a deterministic approach. At the end of the practical part, two plans were made with different orders of assembly elements. In both time plans, workers and machines are entered except for duration. The work results are simulations that show two scenarios of the assembly of reinforced concrete elements of the building. The fifth chapter deals with the discussion on the creation of 3D BIM models of buildings and simulations and the obstacles encountered during creation. At the end of the paper, a conclusion is given as a summary of this thesis's practical and theoretical parts.
