Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je prikazan postupak optimizacije vremenskog rasporeda radne snage i drugih resursa za izvođenje skladišta gotove robe u Virovitici. Nakon sastavljanja popisa svih aktivnosti potrebnih za izvođenje predmetnog objekta izrađen je mrežni plan s 85 aktivnosti, zatim je prema tome napravljen gantogram i histogrami radne snage i strojeva. Rok izvedbe prema početnom mrežnom planu skraćen je skraćivanjem aktivnosti na kritičnom putu, a uz to je izračunato posljedično povećanje direktnih i smanjenje indirektnih troškova po danu skraćenja. Skraćenje se postiže uvođenjem dužih radnih smjena i povećanjem broja radnika. Kumulativno kretanje troškova prikazano je „S“ krivuljom. Navedeni su i objašnjeni faktori koji utječu na probijanje planiranog roka i povećanje predviđenih troškova.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, the process of optimizing the schedule of workforce and other resources for the execution of a finished goods warehouse in Virovitica is presented. After compiling a list of all activities required for the execution of the project, a network plan with 85 activities was created. Subsequently, a Gantt chart and histograms of workforce and machinery were generated based on this plan. The execution deadline, according to the initial network plan, was shortened by reducing activities on the critical path. Additionally, the consequential increase in direct costs and decrease in indirect costs per day of reduction was calculated. Reduction is achieved by introducing longer working shifts and increasing the number of workers. The cumulative cost trend is illustrated by an "S" curve. Factors influencing the deviation from the planned deadline and the increase in projected costs are also listed and explained.
