Abstract
Urbanističko rješenje je proizašlo iz analize postojećeg stanja, u vidu pikselizacije i gradacije zgrada i okoliša položenih u gusto zelenilo. Projekt zgrade nastoji preslikati urbanističku pikselizaciju na svojim pročeljima sa ladicama koje pružaju vizuru na grad Osijek na sjeveru, te zelenom pikseliziranom fasadom na jugu. Zoniranje zgrade je vertikalno po odjelima, te horizontalno na radni prostor, jezgru, prostor za servise, te prostor za druženje i odmor.
Abstract (english)
The solution of urbanism was brought about by analysis of the current environment, by pixelization and gradation of the buildings and the ground floor set in dense greenery. The building project is trying to imitate urbanistic pixelization on its facades with drawers which give a view of city Osijek to the north, and the green pixelized facade to the south. Zoning of the building is vertical via departments and horizontal via work environment , core, service rooms and space for socializing and rest.
