Abstract
U radu su objašnjene definicije, pojmovi i dijelovi projekta te postupak upravljanje projektom. Izrađen je dinamički plan (gantogram sa prikazom liste aktivnosti projekta te definiranim kritičnim putem) na primjeru izgradnje pristupne ceste i parkirališta zgrade Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Osijeku te pješačke površine, biciklističke staze, javne rasvjete i kanalizacije. Prikazana je i strukturna raspodjela projekta WBS te kretanje troškova projekta u vremenu pomoću S – krivulje.
Abstract (english)
In this work are explained definitions, terms, parts of the project and procedure of project management. Dynamic plan is created (Gantt chart with list of project activities and defined critical path ) on example of building access road and parking lot of Agriculuture faculty with walking area, bicycle road, public lighting and sewerage system. Work shows structural division of project WBS and expense motion of project in time using S-curve.
