Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je primjena BIM tehnika na modeliranje povijesnih građevina i upravljanje projektima prenamjene istih. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i od praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu postavljen je okvir o valoriziranim vrijednostima prema smjernicama dokumenata i povelja vezanih za kulturno nasljeđe. Nadalje je razrađena teorijska podloga prema dosadašnjim iskustvima primjene BIM-a na povijesnim zgradama (HBIM). U praktičnom dijelu rada su izrađena dva 5D HBIM modela na temelju podloga idejnog rješenja ing Maria Galića, projekta prenamjene Munjare u Tehnički muzej. Za izradu HBIM modela korišten je programski paket Autodesk Revit Architecture. U radu je izrađen troškovnik i dinamički plan u programskom paketu Microsoft Office-a za čiju su izradu količine pojedinih stavki odnosno radova dobivene izravno iz Revit modela. Radom se procjenjuje mogućnost i opravdanost primjene BIM aplikacija na projektima prenamjene prikazanim rezultatima modeliranja povijesne građevine i primjenom tehnika upravljanja projektom.

The subject of this work is the application of BIM modeling techniques on historical buildings and the management of conversion projects. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part set out a framework of values evaluated according to the guidelines of documents and orders related to cultural heritage. In further elaborated theoretical background experience to date of application of BIM on historic buildings (HBIM). In the practical part of the work are made two 5D HBIM models based on the lining of the conceptual design by engineer Mario Galić, the project of conversion Munjara to Technical Museum. For creating HBIM model software package Autodesk Revit Architecture is used. For cost estimate and schedule of project software package Microsoft Office is used, for which the production amounts of certain items or works derived directly from the Revit model. This paper evaluates the possibility and justification of the use of BIM applications on conversion projects presented by results of modeling historical buildings and application of project management.
