Abstract
Osječko naselje Vijenac Ivana Meštrovića se nalazi u VII potresnoj zoni koja odgovara vršnom ubrzanju tla od 0,11g. Na tom području se nalazi 72 zgrade, od kojih je 56 zidanih zgrada i 16 armiranobetonskih zgrada. U radu je prikazan postupak procjene oštetljivosti zgrada preko tzv. makroseizmičke metode. Za provedbu procjene oštetljivosti, bilo je potrebno prikupiti sve relevantne podatke koji su u radu primjenjeni preko koeficijenata oštetljivosti prema Milutinoviću i Trendafiloskom (2003.) te pristup prema EMS–98 radi lakšeg tumačenja rezultata. Procjena potresne oštetljivosti se vršila za intenzitet VII, VIII i IX stupnja. U naselju Vijenac Ivana Meštrovića se vrlo teška oštećenja mogu očekivati kod mnogih nearmiranih zidanih zgrada s drvenim grednicima pri potresu intenziteta VIII, kao i rušenje mnogih zgrada iste tipologije pri potresnom intenzitetu IX, koje odgovara poredbenom vršnom ubrzanju 0,3g.
