Abstract | Zadatak diplomskog rada je izračun jednostrešne drvene nadstrešnice za foto panele, naime u mjestu Stari Perkovci, u blizini Đakova dogodio se kolaps jednostrešne drvene nadstrešnice koje je služila kao nosač foto panela. Pod izračunom se podrazumijeva provedba svih potrebnih dokaza graničnih stanja kojima bi se dokazalo da se konstrukcija može uspješno oduprijeti svim nepovoljnim djelovanjima.
Tlocrtne dimenzije konstrukcije su 67,96 x 4,26 m, nagib krovne plohe je 26°, a razmak glavnih nosača je 4 m. Pokrov konstrukcije je izveden od rebrastog lima, na koji su postavljeni foto paneli. Maksimalna visina konstrukcije je 6,77 m, a minimalna 3,68 m. Materijal svih drvenih elemenata je puno drvo C24, a materijal elemenata za osiguranje prostorne stabilnosti (horizontalni i vertikalni spregovi – mekih dijagonala) je čelik kvalitete S235.
Proračunom su obuhvaćeni glavni i sekundarni elementi, kao i elementi za osiguranje prostorne stabilnosti čitave konstrukcije. Norme korištene za proračun djelovanja na konstrukciju su HRN EN 1991-1-1, HRN EN 1991-1-3 i HRN EN 1991-1-4 ovisno o propisanoj lokaciji, klimatskim uvjetima i tipu konstrukcije. Za proračun i dimenzioniranje glavnih i sekundarnih elemenata, kao i elemenata za osiguranje prostorne stabilnosti korištena je norma HRN EN 1995-1-1. Za proračun i prikaz unutarnjih sila, reakcija i progiba korišten je Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015.
Štafle imaju dimenzije b/h = 8/5 cm, a statički sustav je prosta greda. Dimenzije roga su b/h = 12/18 cm, a statički sustav je prosta greda s prepustom. Podrožnice su dimenzija b/h = 16/16 cm, odnosno b/h = 16/22 cm, a statički sustav je kontinuirani nosač preko 5 polja. Kosnici su dimenzija b/h = 14/14 cm, stupovi b/h = 18/16 cm, odnosno b/h = 16/16 cm. Stabilizacijski elementi u punom vezu izvedeni su od punog drveta C24, dijagonalni dimenzija b/h = 5/16 cm, a horizontalni dimenzija b/h = 12/12 cm. Vjetrovni spregovi (horizontalni i vertikalni) izvedeni su od čelika S235, dimenzija ϕ 14 mm, a statički sustav za njihov proračun je sustav rešetkastog nosača. |
Abstract (english) | The task of thesis is the calculation of monopitched wooden canopy for photo panel. Namely in Stari Perkovci, near Đakovo, occured collapse of monopitched wooden conopy which served as a girder of photo panel. The calculation implies implementation of all necessary evidence of boundary conditions which will prove that this construction could successfully resist any adverse effects.
Construction plan dimensions are 67,96 x 4,26 m, roof slope is 26° and the main girders distance is 4 m. Construction roofing is formed of ribbed sheet metal on top of which the photo panels are placed. The maximum height of the structure is 6,77 m and the minimum 3,68 m. The material of all wooden elements is solid wood C24 and material of spatial stability security elements (horizontal and vertical bracing – soft diagonal) is steel quality S235.
The calculation includes major and secundary elements as well as elements which ensure spatial stability of entire construction. Standards used for calculation of effect on contruction are HRN EN 1991-1-1, HRN EN 1991-1-3 and HRN EN 1991-1-4, depending on location, climate conditions and type of construction. For calculation and dimensioning of major and secundary elements as well as elements which ensure spatial stability, was used standard HRN EN 1995-1-1. Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015 was used for calculation and overview of internal forces, reactions and deflections.
Dimensions of relays are b/h = 8/5 cm and static system is simply supported beam. Rafter dimensions are b/h = 12/18 cm and static system is simply supported beam with overhang. Dimensions of purlins are b/h = 16/16 cm and b/h = 16/22 cm and static system is continuous girder over 5 grounds. Dimensions of knee braces are b/h = 14/14 cm and of columns b/h = 18/16 cm and b/h = 16/16 cm. Stability elements in full connection are formed of solid wood C24 with diagonal dimensions b/h = 5/16 cm and with horizontal dimensions b/h = 12/12 cm. Wind bracings (horizontal and vertical) are made of steel S235 with dimension ϕ 14 mm, static system for their calculation is truss girder. |
