Abstract
U radu se analizira vrijeme potrebno za izvođenje stambene zgrade. Za određivanje trajanja aktivnosti potrebno je dobro poznavanje tehnologije rada. Cilj je postići optimalno vrijeme građenja, uz raspoložive resurse. Povećanjem broja resursa ili povećanjem broja radnih sati, kao i promjenom tehnologije može se ubrzati vrijeme izvođenja. Za potrebe projekta izgradnje stambene zgrade je prikazano najvjerojatnije trajanje svake od aktivnosti projekta. Tehnikom ocjene i provedbe projekta (PERT -Program Evaluation and Review Technique) je definirano optimistično, pesimistično i najvjerojatnije vrijeme trajanja projekta, a analizom kritičnog puta i obradom podataka proračunato je vjerojatnije vrijeme trajanja projekta izgradnje. Za vjerojatnije vrijeme trajanja projekta je izrađen gantogram i histogram angažirane radne snage po danima te je prikazano kretanje troškova u projektu.

In this thesis, time necessary to construct a Public building is analysed. While estimating time necessary to complete activities, solid background of understanding work technologies is imperative. The goal is to achieve optimal construction time by using available resources. Through increasing the number of resources available, work hours and change of technology used, time necessary to complete the construction can be decreased. For the purpose of this construction project, most probable time necessary to complete each individual activity is defined. Best, worst case scenario as well as the most probable case scenario was defined by PERT analysis regarding time necessary to complete the construction. By critical path analysis and statistical analysis, the most probable time necessary to complete the construction project is chosen. Using the most probable time to complete the project, Gantt chart and histogram of work force engaged by days of construction are being defined and explained.
