Abstract
Donji ustroj prometnice mora biti izgrađen tako da što dulje osigura dobru stabilnost ceste te prometno opterećenje. Upravo zbog toga on mora biti od kvalitetnog materijala dobrih fizičkokemijskih svojstava te ga je potrebno jednolično i dobro zbijati odgovarajućim strojevima. Za analizu tehnološkog procesa kod izvođenja donjeg ustroja prometnica, za početak potrebno je da na raspolaganju budu sve potrebne informacije koje bi mogle utjecati na izvođenje radova te obaviti pripremne, glavne, završne i zemljane radove. Bitan je i iskop humusa, način izvođenja širokog iskopa, način izvođenja uređenja temeljnog tla, način izrade nasipa te način izvođenja posteljice te analiza cjelokupnog primijenjenog strojno-tehnološkog podsustava. Na odabranom primjeru autoceste Beli Manastir - Osijek - Svilaj - Ploče, dionica: Most Drava - Čvor Osijek radovi su se obavljali uglavnom strojno, a ona je ključna za povezivanje prometnih pravaca cestovnog, željezničkog, riječnog i zračnog prometa unutar Republike Hrvatske, ali i šire. Cilj same izgradnje ove prometnice je udaljavanje tranzitnog i međumjesnog prometa s danas već pretrpanih gradskih ulica, a na ovaj način dobiva se ulaz, odnosno izlaz iz mjesta putem najbližeg čvora odredišnoj, odnosno ishodišnoj točki.

Road bed must be built in a way that ensures long and great stability of the road from traffic load. Because of that road bed must be built using quality materials with good physical and chemical properties and it should be evenly and well compressed with the appropriate machines. For the analysis of the technological process during construction of the road bed, it is crucial to have all the information that could affect on the on-site excavation and performance on main and final work. Ways and methods of excavation the topsoil, wide excavation, planning the ground, embankments and making the subgrade are important as much as the analysis of all hardware-technological subsystems. Excavation on the highway Beli Manastir - Osijek - Svilaj - Ploče, part: Bridge Drava - Node Osijek were performed with the chosen machines based on a previous tested parts of the road. Significance of traffic connection routes in Croatia such as road, railway, river route and air transport are especially important for this region of Slavonija because it is the key for the development. The main goal of the construction was to departure the transit and short-distance traffic from the already crowded city streets, so it can be possible to get the way in or out of the place through the nearest node of destination, or an initial point.
